Taipei – the beautiful and the weird

As part of the Christmas trip to Hong Kong (and China) us four girls were able to “sneak” into (well, we crossed the border legally) Taipei. And to our huge surprise it completely took our heart. We didn’t expect the city of contrasts, with clean streets and impossibly clean subways to contrast the dense smoky markets. ¬†Full of majestic temples, awesome spas (no photos of those, but it was epic), and fun markets — I sincerely hope to come back and see and experience more of it.

I may post more photos as I tend to with time, for the time here is the first peek into the awesome.
